Our Price Beat Guarantee applies to comparable written quotes with matching fabric specifications and measurements. Bring us a competing quote and we will better the price before anything is ordered.

What counts as comparable

• The competing quote must be in writing and dated within 30 days.
• Product type, fabric specification, control type and measurements must match the Valoura Blinds quote line for line.
• The competing supplier must supply and install, on the same terms.
• Verbal quotes, estimates, screenshots of online pricing and quotes from a supplier that has not measured the windows are not comparable.

How it works

• 1 Send us the written quote by email or text.
• 2 We check the specifications against ours — same product, same fabric, same measurements.
• 3 You get the better price in writing before anything is ordered.

Exclusions

• Clearance, ex-display and seconds stock.
• Quotes that include products or work Valoura Blinds Pty Ltd does not supply.
• Any offer that cannot be combined with the guarantee, including any sale running at the time.

The guarantee is applied at quoting stage only. It cannot be claimed retrospectively once an order has been confirmed with a deposit.
