What counts as a comparable quote
The guarantee is a like-for-like comparison, so the quote you send us has to describe the same job as ours. Four things have to line up.

In writing, dated within 30 days
An emailed or printed quote from the competing supplier, dated within the last 30 days. Verbal quotes, ballpark estimates and screenshots of online pricing are not comparable.

The same product and the same fabric
Product type, fabric specification and control type have to match line for line. A blockout roller in an entry-level fabric is not the same blind as the same roller in a premium acoustic one, and the price difference is the fabric, not the supplier.

Measured, to the same sizes
The competing quote has to be for the same windows at the same measurements. A price given without anyone measuring the windows is an estimate, and it almost always moves once somebody does.

Supplied and installed on the same terms
The comparison is the finished job. A supply-only price is not comparable to a quote that includes our own installers fitting it, because the install is not free. It has just been left off.
How the price is applied
Send the quote through by email or text before you order anything. We check it against ours for the same product, the same fabric and the same measurements, then put the better price to you in writing.
The guarantee is applied at quoting stage only, so it is worth asking before you accept anyone else's price rather than after. Nothing is ordered until you have accepted ours, which means there is no cost and no obligation in sending a quote across.
A few exclusions
- Clearance, ex-display and seconds stock.
- Quotes that include products or work Valoura Blinds does not supply.
- Any sale running at the time. A sale price and the guarantee cannot be combined.
- Claims made after an order is confirmed with a deposit.
